Hello Out readers!

Today, we unveiled the Out Magazine March/April cover star, actor Luke Macfarlane!

You probably know Macfarlane from his appearance in the movie Bros or the show Platonic, or from his may starring roles in Hallmark movies, including some Christmas classics! Or perhaps you just know him from being a total hunk!

His latest project is the upcoming Hallmark Plus home makeover show Home Is Where the Heart Is, premiering on March 20.

“I’m an actor, design enthusiast, and a woodworker. When I’m not on set filming movies, I’m pursuing a passion for carpentry and home renovation, a skill that’s been passed down through my family," Macfarlane says in the introduction to the show.

In the cover story, Macfarlane also talks about his faith; he attends an Episcopal church weekly.

“I just wish people [would] operate a little bit more from, How was the other person feeling? rather than telling the person that what they feel is wrong. It’s what I feel like is happening a lot right now is less asking the question, more demanding the results. It makes me sad.”

“At least in my understanding of scripture in the life of Jesus, I don’t think that’s what he had in mind," he said.
