Was this the single best episode of American Horror Story ever? If we're judging based on batshit crazy fan service, then yes! This week we journeyed back to where it all began, Murder House, and the episode resurrected some of the show's best characters and tied up their storylines in a way that doesn't really happen on a show so obsessed with shocking brutality.
Lea DeLaria doesn't want to be called a "lesbian woman," which comedian Jay Leno quickly learned after introducing the actress at the exclusive Hudson River Park Gala.
"You don't have to say lesbian woman. It's implied," the Orange is the New Black star shouted from the audience. "I am a dyke! Get it right. I don't do that alphabet, LGBTQ thing."
Comedian Michael Henry has some thoughts on "pretty privilege," which psychotherapist and heartthrob Matthew Dempsey previously defined in a video in August. The video encouraged gay men to start admitting that they gain certain advantages because of their looks.
Seriously. Who is she, though??
If you haven't tuned into Netflix's new teen drama series, Elite, you're missing out on what's being described as the new Gossip Girl. And it includes a steamy gay storyline between Omar and Ander that has LGBTQ fans clutching their pearls.
But since we can't have anything nice, it's no surprise that the show has come with its fair share of backlash. Homophobes have taken to social media to express their disgust with the show and its inclusion. After posting a still of Ander and Omar to Instagram, Netflix received--and promptly shut down--a few hateful comments.
Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon has become a powerful role model for young LGBTQ people. But even he faces homophobia.
In a recent interview with Attitude, Rippon opened up about his experience with discrimination. One instance took place on the streets of New York.
RuPaul's Drag Race star Moran McMichaels is currently wearing a cast on his wrist after punching a Nazi that threatened him. The star took to Instagram to explain what happened.
With the latest rumors swirling around (that's a water pun) that Lady Gaga is being considered to play Ursula the sea witch in the upcoming live-action reimagining of Disney's classic The Little Mermaid, that got us thinking about who else could sprout gills and take a dip under the sea. From merdads to fishy friends, here are our top picks for the children's classic.
In our fashion cover exclusive, the social media star shares his journey of becoming his full, outspoken, and unapologetic self.
Papi Juice are far from their Brooklyn stomping grounds. Away from the balmy Miami heat outside, Oscar Nn, Mohammed Fayaz, and Adam R. are putting down their suitcases and settling into the Red Bull Music offices. In a few hours, they'll be a few blocks away bringing their Papi Juice sounds to Swetboxx, the 12-hour warehouse rave bringing together queer, trans, and gender-nonconforming collectives from around the country. For now, though, they're fine right where they are -- sipping coffees and talking about their party series that's been celebrating "queer and trans people of color and the folk who love them" for five years.
Kim Petras is hoping to own the fall the same way she owned the summer -- with captivating singles delivered one on top of the other. When I speak with her the morning after the first show of Troye Sivan's Bloom tour, which she's supporting as an opener until it wraps on November 8, she is days away from the surprise drop of her new Halloween mixtape, Turn Off the Light, Volume 1. For an artist who has largely written cheekily heartfelt bops about the agony and ecstasy of heartbreak, it's something of a musical departure -- dark and sexy, filled with techno beats straight out of the seediest Berlin dungeon (appropriate for a girl who grew up less than 400 miles away in Cologne). The addictive mixtape sounds like the soundtrack from some long-forgotten, campy '80s horror movie, with Petras in the Final Girl role (that is, when she's not playing the slasher).
It's another side of Petras, another fantasy from a budding pop star for whom fantasy is the ideal.
Will Wiesenfeld was on the OUT 100 list in 2017, and for good reason. The 29 year-old has two musical projects -- Baths and Geotic -- both with a distinct and ineffable sound.
While the Los Angeles-native usually reserves vocals for Baths, he did decide to sing for Geotic's newest album, Traversa, which comes out Friday, October 19.
As late as the summer of 2017, Macho was working a customer-service job at the Philadelphia branch of PECO, an electric and natural gas utility company in Pennsylvania. The 9-to-5 was Macho's shot at the American dream, but waking up every day to stare at a computer screen and field phone calls wasn't for him. Since then, the 23-year-old's online popularity -- which he grew on Instagram, expanded on Twitter (as @jesus_really_), and finally monetized via the website OnlyFans -- has shifted his life to one of self-employment, in which he uploads content, mostly explicit in nature, to paying subscribers.
My high school wasn't the place to come out. The word "gay" was thrown around like confetti (which would actually be gay). It was literally every other single word out of these kids' mouths. This is gay. That's gay. This teacher's gay. This bench is gay. My lunch is gay. My mom is gay. (I think you get the point.) Of course, kids would defend themselves when called "gay" by adamantly protesting, teaching me from an early age that I don't want to be gay.
As European Fashion Month wound its way through London, Milan, and Paris, we sent deputy editor for V Magazine Mathias Rozenweig into the madness to capture the sights and scenes playing out on runways across the continent. Check out what he found.

We stan a queen of letters.
Aquaria, the current reigning queen of RuPaul's Drag Race, announced last night her representation by IMG. The talent management company represents high-caliber LGBTQ talent like Hari Nef, Indya Moore, Chella Man, Tommy Dorfman and Zachary Quinto.
"Linking up with IMG has given me an opportunity to expand my career and my name into all sorts of different markets and career avenues," Aquaria told WWD. Among those outlets is swanky position as entertainment editor for Dazed Beauty, the bi-monthly British style magazine's recently launched community-based platform with the goal of "redefining the language and communication of beauty.
It's hard to believe, but Ralph Lauren is celebrating 50 years in the industry. For the occasion, MR PORTER just launched a full 83-piece Ralph Lauren collection, encompassing styles from three of Ralph Lauren's most beloved brands: Polo Ralph Lauren, Ralph Lauren Purple, and RPL. The line draws inspiration from some of the most popular archive pieces over the last 50 years.
A throuple (portmanteau of the words threesome and couple) is a three-person relationship. All three people in the relationship love and care for one another equally. Throuples can be open (meaning you also are sleeping with people outside of the throuple) or closed (meaning it's just you and your two hubbies).
It's impossible for any gay man to not gawk at the drawings of the artist simply known as Bullethole. Zachary Zane caught up with the artist to delve into his artistic inspirations.
