Strike a Pose, darling. Ryan Murphy, the mastermind behind Glee, American Horror Story, and American Crime Story, is going to the 80s for a ballroom-set series that's already made history ahead of its debut on Sunday, June 3rd.
In Murphy's new show, the largest cast of trans actors in series regular roles and the largest LGBTQ cast ever for a scripted series assemble to Vogue for their lives and read us to filth. Alongside Ryan Murphy Regulars like Evan Peters, trans actors Mj Rodriguez, Dominique Jackson, Indya Moore, Hailie Sahar and Angelica Ross are stepping into the ballroom.
The 1980s set series will focus on the "juxtaposition of several segments of life and society in New York: the ball culture world, the rise of the luxury Trump-era universe and the downtown social and literary scene." Watch the first preview below and prepare to strike a pose.
