Rose and spritz season may be coming to an end, but you won't miss it with these delicious fall cocktails.

When you think of perfect cocktails, the summer season undoubtely comes to mind with the endless flow of rose, spritz drinks, frozen concoctions, and the like. Well, don't be fooled, fall has a smattering of cool cocktails that could give any summer drink a run for its money.

To prove it, we tapped an expert at Eataly LA's Terra at the Westfield Century City to spill on the two fall cocktails everyone should try this season. Drink up!

Il Moro (pictured above)

"A great cocktail, Manhattan style. Perfectly balanced by the bitterness of Amaro Averna (from the tradition of Sicily), and the Morlacco cherry liquor (with juicy black cherries). And you are ready to cheers to the season." -- Luigi Capasso, Beverage Manager, Eataly L.A.

1.5oz Bourbon

0.5oz Averna

0.5oz Sangue Morlacco (luxardo)

0.5oz fresh squeezed Lemon Juice

0.25oz honey Syrup (50/50 Water and Pure Honey)

*Place all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake vigorously, and strain it in a martini or coupe glass. Use a lemon peel and morlacco Cherry for garnish.

Mr. Negroni Comes to Cali

"This is an easy twist to an Italian classic cocktail. What is interesting about this drink is the vermouth blend, which makes it much more appreciable, round, almost for every palate. In particular, the blood orange vermouth (from NAPA - we love local!) creates a good level of acidity in the mouth, that makes it the perfect choice for an aperitivo. Mr. Negroni will make you feel like a real Italian." -- Luigi Capasso, Beverage Manager, Eataly L.A.

1oz SipSmith Gin

1oz Camapri

1oz of House blend vermouth (50% Carpano Antica Formula, 50% D'sange Blood Orange Vermouth)

*Build and stirred in a cocktail jug, poured over ice. Use a rocks glass, and add an orange slice and lemon twist on top of ice as garnish.
