'Orange Is The New Black' Announces Season 6 Teaser & Release Date

Netflix's hit lesbian jailhouse drama Orange Is The New Black is coming back for a sixth season.
In a new tweet released this morning, the streaming service announced the next iteration of the Emmy-winning series will come out on July 27, with the tagline: "Bye bye, Litchfield -- it's a whole new world!"

Season 5 saw the cast--which includes Taylor Schilling, Uzo Aduba, Kate Mulgrew, Danielle Brooks, Selenis Leyva, Adrienne C. Moore, Laura Prepon, and Natasha Lyonne--over the course of a three-day riot in Litchfield prison, ending with several leads face-to-face with armed guards.
Series creator Jenji Kohan also created GLOW for Netflix, as well as Showtime's Weeds.
