Adam Rippon put a spell on us, and he ain’t lyin’.

On Thursday, Adam Rippon, Olympic figure skater and the first openly gay U.S. athlete to ever compete in the Winter Olympics, proved once again why he's a fan favorite both on and off the ice. In an interview with NBC's Andrea Joyce, his quick wit delighted fans and caused social media to light up.

"You're 28 years old, skating the best you ever have in your life. How do you explain that to people?" Joyce asked Rippon.

"I can't explain witchcraft," Rippon said.
