Late last night, in the midst of an international tour, music and social media sensation Troye Sivan released the music video for his new single, "Youth." Whether through performances on the Ellen Degeneres Show and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, repeated plays on the radio, or live renditions on his Blue Neighbourhood tour, "Youth" has begun to powerfully permeate the public consciousness, establishing itself as an anthemic celebration of the young and the young-at-heart.

The 20-year-old Australian is, in many ways, representative of the very best of today's youth--accepting and open-minded, both socially and self-aware. Directed by Malia James, the video for "Youth" is playful, touching, and, like all his work, unapologetically gay. And if you look close, you'll catch sight of The Hunger Game's Amandla Stenberg and even a tongue-in-cheek swipe at Donald Trump.
