Behind-the-Scenes of Mister Wallace's New 'Whoremoan' Video
Earlier this month, Chicago-born, Brooklyn-based rapper Mister Wallace released a visual for the second single, "Whoremoan," off his breakout FAGGOT EP. A collaboration between Slay TV and Wallace's label FUTUREHOOD, which he co-founded with producer aCeb00mbaP, the AKLO-directed clip is equal parts fashion film and music video, featuring looks by unisex label Snowy Wilderness.

"I'm the luckiest 'It Girl' in the world, because I have the most talented, creative and dedicated friends in my corner," Wallace told OUT, name-dropping her lead FAGGOT single. "Johnny Sagan and AKLO came to me with the idea of combining a Snowy Wilderness fashion film with a music video concept."
Sagan, the brain behind Snowy Wilderness, suggested a '90s hip-hop theme for the "Whoremoan" video, which Wallace said he trusted because Sagan was one of New York's earliest adopters of his rap group Banjee Report.
"Whoremoan" was styled by Cedric Antonio, pairing Snowy Wilderness clothing with Chris Habana jewelry and Converse sneakers. Sagan said Antonio's contributions "elevated everything to a level of deliciousness that completely vindicated my hope that comfortable clothing can be utterly gorgeous, and gorgeous clothing can be utterly comfortable."
The designer added that Wallace's work genuinely reflects the Snowy Wilderness ethos, championing diversity of bodies and personalities, as well as a genderless, one-size-fits all model. "I love Mister Wallace and company for breathing such life into my work," Sagan said of the visual.
