No one expects competition to be easy in a Tournament of All Stars, which is the brand-new format adopted on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 10.
With 18 queens vying for a spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame but first having to fight for a spot in the semifinals in their own separate groups, we ran the numbers and determined which of these brackets will be the hardest to beat based on the queens' track records on past seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race.
The results were… Well, pretty surprising — let's just say that!
Keep scrolling to revisit the track records of the competing queens on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 10 — and don't forget to watch the two-episode premiere of All Stars 10 on Friday, May 9, streaming on Paramount+.

Group Pink is, statistically, the least competitive group of the bunch considering the queens' past track records on Drag Race. Altogether, these 6 contestants only won a total of 5 maxi challenges in previous seasons. They also had a collective total of 13 bottom placements (eligible for elimination). For context: 5 of those 13 bottom placements came from Jorgeous' original run on Drag Race season 14.
The Group Purple queens won 7 maxi challenges, which is certainly more than Group Pink. On the other hand, Purple has the most bottom placements (eligible for elimination) of all three groups: 16. On that note: It should be mentioned that these grand totals are largely influenced by Ginger Minj's track records from competing in three seasons of the franchise. 5 of those 7 maxi challenge wins — as well as 6 of those 16 bottoms placements — all came from Ginger.
Collectively, the queens on Group Orange won 7 maxi challenges in their respective seasons of Drag Race. This is just as many as Group Purple, except that the wins are more well-distributed. For instance, Group Pink and Group Purple include three queens (each) who have never won a maxi challenge. Only two queens from Group Orange have never won a maxi challenge. The queens on this group also only landed in the bottom (eligible for elimination) 12 times — which is much better than Group Purple (16) and slightly better than Group Pink (13).

After nine seasons, it's clear that a queen's performance in past Drag Race seasons doesn't really impact one's journey on All Stars. Things can get even more unpredictable under this brand-new Tournament of All Stars format. And yet, if we judge these queens' past track records to measure how competitive each of their brackets will be, the ranking would be as follows:
Jorgeous, Kerri Colby, Lydia B Kollins, Mistress Isabelle Brooks, Nicole Paige Brooks, and Tina Burner.
Acid Betty, Alyssa Hunter, Cynthia Lee Fontaine, Daya Betty, Denali, and Ginger Minj.
Aja, Bosco, DeJa Skye, Irene The Alien, Olivia Lux, and Phoenix.
