Self Esteem's third studio album, A Complicated Woman, features none other than The Boulet Brothers' Dragula alum and Sloppy Seconds podcast cohost Meatball. It's yet another hilarious gag from the drag superstar, which begs the question: Can Meatball do anything without going viral? The answer is probably no, and drag fans love her for it.

Meatball — the Los Angeles drag queen who went viral for her parody performance as George Santos parody in 2023 and a hilarious recreation of Megami's "Protect Queer Art" variety show number on RuPaul's Drag Race in 2024 — is back at it again to gag the girls, gays, and theys.
Bisexual singer Self Esteem released an incredible new album over the weekend, A Complicated Woman, that includes a track titled "69." The album version of the song opens with Meatball explaining why she doesn't like the sex position — a mid-sentence audio clip from the queen on her podcast with Big Dipper, Sloppy Seconds.
"…stop any interactions with some other people's genitals
I don't… oh, my god.
I don't like 69-ing
I don't like when… 'Cause I need… I can't focus on my d*ck getting sucked if I'm sucking someone else's d*ck
You know what I mean?
And I don't like the view. Just…"
The gag of the season? Well, "69" had already been released as a single in the lead-up to the A Complicated Woman album.
"I'd already written the song," Esteem told NME. "And then, months later, my all-time favorite drag queen Meatball said pretty much the same on her podcast Sloppy Seconds, and I knew it had to make the album."
Esteem sings in "69":
"Doggy style feels alright
Missionary, forty calories burned for me (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
Scissoring, I find that interesting
Spooning is always soothing (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
But the one thing I hate
'Cause I can't concentrate
No, I just can't abide
Yeah, I've never the time to 69 (Nine, nine, nine)"
Between Meatball stating that she can't "focus on my d*ck getting sucked if I'm sucking someone else's d*ck" and Esteem singing that "The one thing I hate / 'Cause I can't concentrate / No, I just can't abide / Yeah, I've never the time to 69," the coincidental parallels are absolutely hilarious.
Bonus points go to Esteem's new album also featuring a song titled "Focus Is Power," which hits the core message that Meatball wanted to deliver in her declaration of denying 69.
If you can't focus on yourself, how the hell are you gonna focus on somebody else? We can't wait for Self Esteem to eventually perform at Meatball's legendary party, F@t Slǔt, at Precinct DTLA.
