Arvida Byström for Lazoschmidl
Stockholm-based Lazoschmidl has always anchored its brand DNA with a queer, femme edge, and the designer duo's latest project is no different. In collaboration with Swedish photographer Arvida Bystrom, Josef Lazo and Andreas Schmidl have created an editorial for their new fanzine--the sixth in an ongoing series that studies contemporary male erotica and identity.
Titled CUTE, the photo essay is Bystrom's first time lensing a group of boys, and fuses her girly stylized aesthetics with Lazoschmidl's psychedelic spring '18 collection. With butt-less leather chaps, side-laced snakeskin hot pants and plenty of trippy '70s-inspired prints, Lazoschmidl's models look like gay rock stars on vacation, pictured here eating peaches and cherries.
