Headed to E! next spring is the network's first scripted series, The Royals, which will follow the upstairs (and downstairs) lives of the Royal family living in London. Elizabeth Hurley, Vincent Regan (300), and William Moseley (The Chronicles of Narnia) lead the cast as a modern-day House of Wales navigating life in front of the camera and on social media.
In E!'s first look, audiences get a glimpse of the crazy and dramatic life of King Simon (Regan) who is struggling to keep the peace while married to Queen Helena (Hurley). The two have three kids, Princes Liam (Moseley) and Robert and the troublemaking Princess Eleanor (Alexandra Park). Adding to the family mischief is the King's brother, Cyrus (Jake Maskall), who may be into both ladies and gents.
The show, which looks to be deliciously campy, will (thankfully) incorporate sex, passion, drama, and plenty of Hurley come March of next year. Check out new images from the show below:
