Queer Eye's Antoni Porowski is a force to be reckoned with--but we all already know that. He can change peoples' lives (cue every episode of the Netflix reboot of Queer Eye), can take a flawless Instagram, and most importantly, yes, can actually cook--as evidenced by his cookbook announcement and new partnership with Silk.

While we know Antoni is a master at all things avocados, he apparently can do wonders with plant-based beverages as well. This week, as the Silk celeb ambassador, Antoni hit the streets of NYC to celebrate Bike to Work Week to give away bikes to New Yorkers, as part of the brand's Progress is Perfection campaign. The goal is to encourage people to opt for biking and switching to plant-based beverages to underscore the message of Silk's campaign that "If you're making choices that are just a little better, however you define 'better,' then that's perfection."
Antoni said: "I love inspiring positive changes in people, and helping them take steps toward a better and healthier life, whether that's in the kitchen or beyond. Silk isn't just talking the talk, they're walking the walk...or biking the bike in this case!"

Antoni's Coffee Banana Smoothie
1 cup Unsweetened Silk Almond milk
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 cup cold brew or leftover drip coffee
1-2 scoops vanilla flavored vegan protein or any equivalent
1-2 tablespoons chia or flax seed (optional)
Scoop of ice
Blend together until thick and creamy
