Best known for portraying Carlos Reyes on Fox's 9-1-1: Lone Star, Rafael L. Silva is also a fan favorite for his arresting good looks!
On the show, Silva plays a police officer who becomes the love interest of firefighter T.K. Strand (Ronen Rubinstein). By the end of 9-1-1: Lone Star season three, Carlos and T.K. got engaged, which suggests that these characters' storylines will grow even more in the upcoming fourth season.
