They're back to make it nice!

The classic phrase is all good things come to an end, but in the world of reality TV, sometimes they're just rebooted. Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley, and Kelly Bensimon made television magic as OG cast members on Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York City.

After a controversial and low-rated 13th season, the staple Bravo show was rebooted in 2022 and these iconic women were no longer part of the cast. For years, fans have called out Bravo's decision to part ways with these ladies as they've created plenty of legendary moments on television.

Fast forward to today, E! decided to create a brand new show titled The Golden Life and reunited the longtime friends back on TV. As a result, the ladies are leaving behind the bitter cold streets in New York City for the sunny skies of Palm Beach, Florida. The location may have changed, but the antics are just as wild as ever.

The premiere episode saw the women pick up as if there was no time away from the cameras. Plus, Lesseps has her entourage of gay men who are also joining the cast and bringing more pivotal LGBTQ+ representation to the screen.

"We support people who choose what they want to do and who they want to be in their lives. We've always been those women. To all the boys I've loved before... we love our LGBTQ+ community. We've rallied for them since the beginning of time," Lesseps tells Out.

Lesseps isn't the only longtime LGBTQ+ supporter on the ensemble cast. Morgan has built a core queer fanbase and typically spends her time with her inclusive gay friends.

"If you don't have any good girlfriends, surround yourself with a gaggle of gays! They put you together. They won't let you leaving the house looking bad. They're not trying to sleep with me," Morgan says.

"And they never try to get into your pants! When I first broke up with my husband, I surrounded myself with two or three wonderful gay men. They were with me all the time, compliment me, make me feel good, and help me with everything. They never tried to do anything with me. They were safe," Singer adds.

As the title of the show suggests, all of the ladies are embracing the golden years of their lives as they embrace a new chapter of independence, leisure, and freedom to be whoever they want to be.

"I really hope the three of us get to inspire women. Our lives are just beginning! We've raised our children, we've had our careers, and we're living our best lives. This is definitely our golden years. Age is really a mindset! Our mindset is, let's keep having fun," Singer says.

"I am so proud to be with this great group of women. We're having so much fun and living our best lives. There was always a stigma that I shouldn't be working, so I'm proud of all of my failures because I wouldn't be sitting in this chair feeling so good of myself," Bensimon adds.

Although the women are living their most authentic lives down in Florida, they're well aware that their passionate LGBTQ+ fans helped them get back to TV after being off the air for so long.

"We want to always make it nice for you guys. We love you! We are so grateful for all the support you've always given us. Be happy. Love life. Live your best life and thank you for everything you've brought to us," Medley says.

The Golden Life airs Tuesday nights on E! and episodes will become available to stream on Hulu starting November 3.
