7 Queer DC & MCU Characters We'd Love to See Megan Fox Play
Give the bi icon some super powers!
Congratulations to Megan Fox fans everywhere, because the Meganissance is officially kicking off!
The 35-year-old Transformers star is back in the spotlight after years away, talking about her bisexuality and getting profiled by InStyle magazine, and we are eating it up! Fox is set to star in the upcoming sci-fi thriller Aurora as an astronaut monitoring solar storms, but when she was asked what else she has coming up, Fox said she's not sure yet, but wants to "start manifesting." One of the things she said she wants to do is play a superhero or villain.
"I won't lie, I do want to find a Marvel or a DC character that I've always wanted to play, and do one of those," she revealed. "People hate on you as an actor for that because it doesn't get you the big awards. I don't give a fuck. Give me an MTV award. I don't need a fucking BAFTA."
We are FULLY on board with this idea. In fact, we love it so much we've put together a wishlist of seven queer DC and Marvel characters we'd love to see the bi icon play!
Poison Ivy
Margot Robbie keeps on saying she wants a romance between Harley and Poison Ivy in the next Harley Quinn movie, and Fox would be the perfect actress to put on the green spandex. Please let's manifest this!!
Knockout
Knockout isn't just a former Female Fury in the DC universe and a member of the Secret Six, it's also exactly the word we'd use to describe Megan Fox. She'd make a great addition to any future Suicide Squad films.
Phyla-Vell
Phyla-Vell is a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy, and those movies definitely need to be a lot gayer. They should introduce Phyla-Vell, a powerful Titan/Kree hybrid warrior and her partner Moondragon.
Artemis
There was a whole island of buff warrior women in Wonder Woman, and none of them were gay? Come on. If you put Fox in some Amazonian armor the whole island would turn queer.
Angela
Angela is, well, an angel. She comes from the same part of the MCU as Thor, and has been married to fellow angel Sera in the comics for a few years now. We'd love to see Fox step in and be a potential love interest for Tessa Thompson's Valkyrie.
Black Cat
Imagine Venom 3, with Tom Hardy playing Venom opposite Megan Fox in a black catsuit. That's a bisexual wet dream.
Nocturna
I mean, after Jennifer's Body, who wouldn't want to see Megan Fox as an evil queer vampire who could seduce both Batman and Catwoman in the same movie?
