Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele continues his upheaval of the Italian couture house. The 2016 Cruise collection introduces his vision for the brand, a throwback to genderbending 1970s fashion, with colorful florals, and classic pieces that seem right out of Bertolucci's The Dreamers and European New Wave movies.
The campaign was art directed by Chris Simmonds, and photographed on location in Montespertoli, near Florence, Italy, by Glen Luchford. It features some of today's hottest models, who also star in a campaign short film, an elegant slo-mo affair directed by Luchford. Watch his final cut, below:
