Kendall Jenner Shoots Hari Nef For LOVE Magazine Cover

As one LOVE Magazine's new cover stars, IMG Model and Transparent actress Hari Nef is a technicolor dream for their new #LOVEME17 series. The portrait was shot by rising photographer and fellow model Kendall Jenner, featuring Nef set against a blue sky with a fantastic rainbow eyelid.

"In a world riveted by the changing patterns and possibilities of gender, sexuality, self-invention and acceptance, model/actress/benchmark millennial Hari Nef has become the Chloe Sevigny de nos jours," LOVE wrote, calling Nef a "Benchmark Millenial." They continued, saying she "escaped the underground, keeping close to its core values in order to change a bit of the mainstream."

Nef spoke with Teen Vogue about how it was to work with Jenner: "With female photographers, with Kendall, I didn't feel as much pressure at all. I feel like they understand what it is to be looked at so I feel comfortable being looked at by them. It was actually really pleasant. She was intuitive."

According to Jenner, the two had never met prior to shooting for LOVE, saying modeling comes naturally to Nef. "She turned it on and you could tell she loves being in front of the camera," Jenner told LOVE. "Of course, she got a little injury on her knee, but she just laughed it off. She was a champ, for sure. Hari is just so freaking cool."

LOVE issue 17, featuring Hari Nef, will be available for purchase February 6.
