The 5 Most Crushworthy Characters on 'The L Word: Generation Q,' Episode 6
Sophie has officially joined the list!
Every Monday here on Out, we're ranking our five most crushworthyL Word characters based on the new episode that premiered over the weekend. The list is a little delayed in this round, but don't worry, we've still got your hottest crushes!
Episode six was a big one! Wow, what an episode! This was truly one of the best episodes of TV we've seen all year, and it really shows how Generation Q is hitting its stride in its second season. This was a karaoke episode, so of course singing had a huge effect on this week's rankings. Plus, some characters finally stepped up and made moves this week! Go Shane and go Sophie!
Without any further ado, here are our top five crushes from episode six!
New episodes of The L Word: Generation Q just moved to Monday nights on Showtime, but Showtime subscribers can catch new episodes early on Fridays via streaming!
5. Alice
First of all, whoever is dressing Alice this year is my hero. She always has the best shirts, slacks, and blazers, and that doesn't stop this episode. But really, the minute the legendary Leisha Hailey (of The Murmers and Uh Huh Her fame), started singing "Love Shack," we were all head over heels.
4. Shane
Is Shane the most put-together and responsible person on The L Word??? She's becoming a better businesswoman and bar owner every episode, she's great at karaoke, and she's finally stepping up to Tess and telling her the truth. This is the Shane we love to see.
3. Gigi
Okay, this episode wasn't Gigi's finest moment as she got a little too drunk and absolutely got shut down by Bette. She's taken some hits, but isn't going down, and is still so beautiful she takes our breaths away every time she's on screen.
2. Sophie
Sophie appears on the list for the first time! Honestly, I'm a sucker for a well-done karaoke love song, and Sophie just knocked one out of the park. It's obviously hard to like all the decisions Sophie has been making this year, but she finally took a stand and told Finley how she feels, and for that, she comes in at number two.
1. Tess
Is there a more beautiful woman than Jamie Clayton? The L Word: Generation Q says the answer is no. Tess has been steadily one of our favorite characters in the show, and now her storylines are really coming together. We never thought we'd see Shane meet her match, but it seems in Tess, she's met a whole lot more.
