With critical acclaim for Transparent, Soloway became one of the biggest success stories of the streaming revolution, and she continues to build on her Amazon plat-form with a movie project in the works. The longtime film and TV director and producer (she worked on four seasons of Six Feet Under early in her career) surprised audiences by telling the story of an older trans woman coming out to her family, whose members are also sexually fluid and polyamorous. Then, in a New Yorker interview, she revealed that she's dating a woman -- poet and lesbian icon Eileen Myles.
