Words cannot express the collective enthusiasm for the upcoming A Star Is Born remake. People who haven't even seen it yet are convinced that Lady Gaga is due for an Oscar win. And can you blame them? The trailer alone is giving us chills.

Now, we have another exciting appearance to look forward to in the film. It appears that Halsey is making a cameo appearance as herself. The artist took to Twitter to make the announcement.

She expressed her gratitude to Gaga and Bradley Cooper for including her. And since she's playing herself, she also thanked them for seeing her "worthy of representing a piece of the current state of music in this film forever."

This film needs to premiere like yesterday. But A Star Is Born premieres October 5. Watch the trailer below:
