Life isn't the only thing Lana Del Rey has a lust for. Fresh off releasing her latest album that sparked a new wave of Instagram captions filled with her lyrics, the Lust for Life singer has also spent some quality time doing us all a favor and casting hexes on the president with a network of witches.

For the diehard Lana stans out there, you may recall the solemn songstress tweeting out instructions in February for how to properly hex the orange-hued man whose taken over the White House. The spell, meant to bind him from doing harm while in the White House, was to be performed at the stroke of midnight on a waning crescent moon. So far, those have happened on February 24, March 26, April 24, May 23, June 21, and July 21.
It was only recently, on the day of the last waning crescent moon, that Lana confirmed she's taken part in the ritual while talking to NME, saying: "Yeah, I did it. Why not? Look, I do a lot of shit. I'm in line with Yoko and John and the belief that there's a power to the vibration of a thought. Your thoughts are very powerful things and they become words, and words become actions, and actions lead to physical changes."
While it's clear the spell hasn't exactly worked its magic yet since the president is still taking up space in the Oval Office, it doesn't hurt to keep trying. If you want to join the coven and cast the hex during the next waning crescent moon on August 16, go here for instructions and ingredients.
