Inspired by Madonna's World AIDS Day post in which the Queen of Pop covered Britney Spears' "Toxic" -- an interesting tribute to a a day commemorating the lives lost to a horrific plague -- Spears decided to film her own tribute as a way to celebrate her birthday: a single-shot performance of Elvis' "Can't Help Falling in Love." The reason behind Spears' tribute? Silence = death.

It's a surprisingly good vocal performance, yet the context is...weird. Britney references Madonna's homage to the iconic ACT UP slogan, yet says nothing about World AIDS Day. Does Britney...not know about AIDS? Can someone please tell Britney about AIDS?
