"What's wrong with sounding like who you are?" That's the central question journalist David Thorpe tries to answer in this touching documentary, Do I Sound Gay?.

His hilarious and moving journey exposes his vulnerabilities and anxieties about "sounding gay" as he enlists acting coaches, linguists, friends, family, total strangers, and celebrities -- both gay and straight -- in a quest to "fix" his cultural baggage problem.

The film opens in theaters and VOD July 10. Watch the trailer below:
