It's a femininomenon!
Kamala Harris is working hard on her campaign to become the next president of the United States. The closer we get to election day, Harris keeps receiving more support (directly or indirectly) from big-name celebrities.
Among them, Beyoncé cleared the song "Freedom" for Harris to use in political ads, Charli XCX declared that the presidential candidate "is brat," and Harris' team is now selling camo-colored "Harris-Walz" hats inspired by Chappell Roan's very own "Midwest Princess" camo hats.
Earlier this month, Roan reacted to the new merch inspired with a hilarious X post. "Is this real?" she asked.
Well, yes!
On Monday, August 19, Ella Emhoff — a fashion designer, artist, daughter of Doug Emhoff, and stepdaughter to Harris — was seen wearing the Roan-inspired merch on the first day of the currently ongoing 2024 Democratic National Convention (DNC).
The iconic images of Ella wearing this new merch hat were shared across social media, and the internet is obsessed with even more "ICONIC behavior" from the Harris-Walz campaign.
Ella, age 25, is also becoming quite an internet sensation, with many young people gravitating toward her support of LGBTQ+ rights, and advocacy work for trans people. I mean, we love to see it!
If you're into it, the Chappell Roan-inspired merch camo hat can be purchased for $40 on KamalaHarris.com.
