The fanboys obsessed with misogynistic āalpha maleā influencer Andrew Tate are proving their loyalty to a man who was arrested on charges including rape and human trafficking earlier this month, in a bizarre show of supposed masculinity.
Andrew Tate, one half of the Tate Brothers with Tristan Tate, has made a career of peddling his toxic brand of masculinity to impressionable young men, who buy into his manosphere rhetoric and nonstop evangelizing about testosterone and cryptocurrency.
Now their followers have the entire internet roasting them after they showed up to support their āTop Gā Andrew Tate in downtown Miami, just a few blocks from where heās being held in a federal detention center on charges of rape, assault, human trafficking, and offenses relating to āindecent images of a child and extreme pornography.ā
His supporters didnāt just show up with a few cardboard signs ā though they did that too ā at their small "protest" but also demanded he be released by dropping to the ground and doing push-ups with questionable form.
Footage of the display surfaced online and quickly went viral, where people started making fun of Andrew Tateās fans for preaching adherence to rigid expressions of masculinity while simultaneously not being able to do a proper push-up, while other people said that itās things like this that keep these men single.
This is not dissimilar to Andrew Tate being ridiculed at his arrest for wearing feminine clothing. Turns out Andrew Tateās fans have just as tenuous a grasp on his brand of traditional masculinity as he does himself.
