It's New Music Friday, and your favorite queer artists are here delivering the bops! We've got new releases and overall news from all your favorites, so read on for everything you need to know.
"Fixerupper" by Tayla Parx
The queer songwriter behind hits like Ariana Grande's 'Thank U, Next," has released a fun new music video for her latest single "Fixerupper." The video features Parx and her band performing in a room sparsely decorated as a desert, jamming to the song about not being quite ready for a relationship, but wanting one anyway. "Can you see through the cracks/clean up the broken glass? Baby you might have to build a lover/Cause I know my heart's a fixer upper," she sings in the funky pop song. Parx is constantly putting out great songs and this is no different.
Plastic Hearts by Miley Cyrus
Miley's been teasing us with new music lately, and today she released the track list for her upcoming album Plastic Hearts -- boy does she bring the heat! Not only does the album feature her collaboration with Stevie Nicks on the "Midnight Sky" remix "Edge of Midnight," but it also features collaborations with Dua Lipa and rock legends Billy Idol and Joan Jett!
Plastic Hearts is out November 27 and available for preorder now.

"Iris" by Phoebe Bridgers and Maggie Rogers
The indie rocker promised she'd cover the Goo Goo Dolls classic "Iris" if Trump lost, and she's a woman of her word. Teaming up with Grammy Nominee for Best New Artist last year, Maggie Rogers, Bridgers released the track exclusively on Bandcamp with all proceeds going to Stacey Abrams' Fair Fight, which raises voter awareness and pushes for protection of voter rights. The result is dreamy and gay and beautiful.
Happiest Season Soundtrack
Last week we previewed the soundtrack to this lesbian Christmas rom-com with Tegan and Sara's "Make You Mine This Season." Now the full soundtrack is here with holiday classics and new songs by artists like Shea Diamond, Brandi Clark, Sia, Bebe Rexha, Anne-Marie and LP, among others. Each artist or songwriter on the album is LGBTQ+ and it's a perfect listen to get in the holiday mood.
