The Animator Behind Salad Fingers Is Releasing a Feature Film
David Firth's Umbilical World is an "assemblage of chaos."
You remember Salad Fingers. I certainly do, since I'm compared to him daily. Anyway, the artist and animator behind early 2000s creepiest, most sheepish queer icon will present a feature film on October 1 called Umbilical World.
David Firth, the mind behind Salad Fingers as well as Devvoand Burnt Face Manwill unveil his first feature-length movie at the Raindance Film Festival in London next month as part of an event celebrating Firth's career, which has been huge online. He'll host a panel discussion to explore his previous work and upcoming projects.
Umbilical World is described by firth as an "assemblage of chaos," according to this Tweet:
