Happy First Monday in May, Out readers!

You know what that means: it's officially time for the 2025 Met Gala! This year's Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute exhibition is themed "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," exploring the role of style and fashion in forming Black identities, with a special focus on "Black Dandyism." The accompanying Met Gala dress code is "Tailored for You."

This year's gala cochairs are led by Colman Domingo, who is often the embodiment of "Superfine" tailoring, and also include Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, and Pharrell Williams.

The host committee is packed with Black queer stars, including Doechii, Janelle Monáe, Jeremy Pope, Jeremy O. Harris, Ayo Edebiri, and Sha'Carri Richardson.

Queer people always show up and shine and the Met Gala, and we're super excited to see what head-turning looks we see on the red carpet this year! Will we see another legendary look from Law Roach and Zendaya? Who will be the best-dressed celebrities?

You can find out by watching and by reading Out.com's coverage today, starting at 4:30 pm ET.
