The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden
The Key West Botanical Garden Society is governed by an all volunteer board of directors and has been the “keeper of the trees” since 1989. The society preserves, develops, expands and maintains the historic Key West Botanical Garden as an arboretum, botanical garden, wildlife refuge and education center. The land is owned by the City of Key West.
Since 1999, Samuel’s House has provided housing and supportive services to homeless individuals in their time of greatest need while assisting them in becoming self-sufficient. Samuel’s House is a non-judgmental place for women, women and men with children and intact families who, for various reasons, such as loss of employment, substance abuse, domestic violence, incarceration, mental or physical illness or other traumatic life events, have found themselves homeless.
The San Carlos is one of Florida's most beautiful and historic landmarks. It was founded in 1871 by Cuban exiles of Key West as an educational, civic, and patriotic center. The San Carlos is a multi-purpose facility that serves as a museum, library, art gallery, theater, and school. Located in the heart of Key West's historic district, the San Carlos is considered to be the cradle of Cuba's independence movement. It was at the San Carlos that José Martí united the exile community in 1892 to launch the final phase of his campaign for Cuba's independence.

The mission of the Key West Art & Historical Society is to preserve the culture of the Florida Keys through exhibiting and displaying regional art, architecture and history for the purpose of educating the community and visiting public. The Key West Art & Historical Society educates the local community and visiting public by preserving, interpreting and exhibiting the art, architecture and history of the Florida Keys. The Society is dedicated to community engagement through its diverse educational programs, exhibitions and offerings.
The Key West Police Department Love Fund supports Law Enforcement Officers and civilian support personnel facing almost any catastrophe imaginable whether illness, damage to their homes or other abnormalities that threaten their ability to serve the community. The Love Fund fills a special need and comes to the aid of those department members and their families when no other resources are available in times of extreme hardship.
Jose Wejebe Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization under the tax-exempt code. Founded in April 2012 after his death, the charitable work seen on his television series, "Spanish Fly" documented only a small portion of his generosity. The mission of the Jose Wejebe Memorial Foundation is to honor Jose’s legacy by matching his passion for the marine environment, conservation & education and his dedication to support those who face life-impacting challenges. We continue today working with organizations and charities including Wesley House, The Outdoor Dream Foundation, Make-A-Wish, VA Hospital in Miami and others.

The Florida Keys Community Land Trust
The Florida Keys Community Land Trust is a non-profit 501(c)3 established in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma to build storm-resilient homes for working families of the Florida Keys. Through the community land trust model to ensure long-term housing affordability, Florida Keys CLT constructs single-family rental homes built above storm surge and sea level rise for households in Monroe County earning less than 80% Average Median Income (AMI).
The object, general purpose and nature of this Corporation shall be to establish and maintain in Monroe County, Florida, a Corporation that will provide case managed health care, food programs, counseling, housing, clinical, and other supportive and volunteer services; Increase affordable housing by acquiring, developing, and maintaining low-income housing for persons in need; and conduct health education and linkage to care.
Friends of the AIDS Memorial (FOAM)
The Key West AIDS Memorial is maintained by the Friends of the AIDS Memorial Inc, a local nonprofit organization that maintains the database of names and corresponding website, and underwrites the Memorial’s expenses, including the engraving of names, upkeep of the Memorial, seating, and landscaping.
