Another year, another season of Dancing With the Stars!
The LGBTQ-inclusive series made headlines in past seasons for casting queer contestants like JoJo Siwa, Shangela, and Cody Rigsby, among others. For season 32, bisexual singer Jason Mraz will take his “I Feel Like Dancing” era to the ballroom of Dancing With the Stars. Another LGBTQ+ contestant is Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, who also identifies as bisexual.
This new season of Dancing With the Stars will air concurrently on both ABC and Disney+. Following the departure of Len Goodman as a judge, season 32 will include a judging panel only consisting of Bruno Tonioli, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Derek Hough. Meanwhile, the show will be hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough.
The cast of season 32 spans from singers to athletes to reality TV stars to actors to social media influencers. Dancing With the Stars has always been a great opportunity for celebrities to reach a wider audience, re-introduce themselves during a new chapter in their lives, and/or find a personal connection to the world of dance.
