Hot ‘Boots’ summer: 99 behind-the-scenes pics of Netflix cast

Netflix’s Boots, a gay coming-of-age show based on The Pink Marine memoir by Out100 honoree Greg Cope White, started pre-production and began filming between June and July of 2023 — and judging by these behind-the-scenes photos of the actors on set, one could say that this was a pretty hot Boots summer. Even though the production entered a hiatus period during to the WGA and SAG strikes of 2023 — advocating for better labor laws with the AMPTP — the series reportedly resumed post-production in August 2024 and has now been released on Netflix.
