So Fox just announced that it is rebooting the classic Malibu-set TV series Baywatch with Lara Olsen serving as showrunner. “In it, daring ocean rescues, pristine beaches, and iconic red bathing suits are back, along with a whole new generation of Baywatch lifeguards, who navigate complicated, messy personal lives.”
The original starred David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, so the new version needs to have an iconic cast.
