During a flash-forward scene, an array of celebrities make cameo appearances including Laverne Cox as an instructor at the Townsend Agency's training camp for recruits. The Townsend Agency finds, grooms, and manages the Angels. Cox's role is to teach potential Angels about bombs.
Cox's cameo appearance may serve as a delight for Orange is The New Black fan's, which ended it's six-year run earlier this year. Cox was also recently cast for the new Netflix series Inventing Anna.

In an interview withEntertainment Weekly, Elizabeth Banks, who wrote, directed, and plays Bosley in the film, said she had "specific people in mind" for the cameo appearances.
"I had specific people in mind for a year before filming," she said. "You never know if it's going to line up with everyone's schedules and desires but I pretty much got everyone I wanted."
Other cameo appearances includes original Angel Jaclyn Smith's Kelly Garrett introducing herself as Charlie, Danica Patrick, Hailee Steinfeld, and more. Noted transphobe Rhonda Rousey also appears in the credits.
Banks' Charlie's Angels stars Kristen Stewart, Ella Balinska and Naomi Scott as new Angels. Banks also stars as one of the Bosley characters in the film -- the name is essentially the rank of "lieutenant" within the Townsend Agency as explained in the project. According to her storyline, she was a former Angel herself.
