This Gay Dodgers Executive Married His Fiancé At Dodger Stadium
Dodger Stadium has seen many big moments over the years, and it saw another important event on its infield last Friday when Erik Braverman, the team's senior vice president of marketing communications & broadcasting, tied the knot with his fiance Jonathan Cottrell.
Cottrell describes himself as a model, photographer, and software engineer. Braverman proposed to Cottrell last year, and he (obviously) accepted!
The heartwarming couple even have their own custom bobblehead dolls made for the special occasion!
The Dodgers executive knew exactly where he wanted to exchange vows with the man of his dreams, but he wasn't sure how his request would be received.
He told the Los Angeles Times he approached, Lou Rosen, the Dodgers' chief marketing officer, and said "I want this for my wedding, but does this seem selfish?"
"I think it would be perfect," Rosen responded.
With the venue approval of Braverman's colleagues, all that was left was for the couple to exchange their vows...
...place the rings on their fingers...
