Since his first fashion shoots, Shaun Ross's unconventional beauty has had designers and tastemakers chasing him down, but never has the model played muse the way he recently did for German designer Nina Athanasiou. A champion of Ross's since his early steps as a model at 16 (he's now 24), Athanasiou devised an entire collection inspired by the albino model's unique features.
Dubbed simply "Mr. Ross," Athanasiou's showed garments emblazoned with Ross lookalikes, and cast other models who break the conventions of beauty. The result of their creative collaboration is a celebration not just of the clothes we wear, but the many shades of skin we live in.
