Sapphic Chaos Reigns in The L Word: Generation Q Season 3 Trailer

l word generation q

Strap in for November 18!

Get ready lesbians, The L Word is coming back!

TheL Word: Generation Q just dropped the trailer for its upcoming third season, and it is full to the brim with the delicious sapphic chaos that we, and season 3 guest star Fletcher, love.

Of course, the trailer starts with last season's huge Bette and Tina cliffhanger. "Are you in love with me, is that what you were going to say?" Tina asks Bette after going to her house. "That you're in love with me? Just answer the question."

Ooooh classic L Word! It wouldn't be this show unless Bette and Tina were dragging each other into some serious drama.

It looks like Carrie maybe takes on a mentor or even sponsor role with Finley, who was struggling with her alcoholism last year. "Do I just tell you about the tsunami of depression that kicked my ass?" she asks Finley in one scene. We know that Carrie is also an alcoholic, and honestly the two kind of make a perfect pair.

In one PERFECT scene, Shane and Alice are at some kind of chill-out tent or yurt sitting close to each other. As they lean in close to each other, their lips touch and both best friends scream. "Aaahh! Why??" Shane asks. "Really, really high," Alice responds. "Really, really high."

So much is going on in this trailer we barely have time to cover it all. Mirabel wants a baby!?!? Could she and Micah be getting even more serious this year?? Dani wants to move in with Gigi, but Gigi says she has to talk to Nat first! Poly drama! Is that a Halloween party we see?

Of course, we also get some glimpses at some of this year's guest stars, including the highly anticipated appearances of singers Kehlani and Fletcher, with the latter delivering one of the most iconic lines from the trailer.

"This is the kind of sapphic chaos I live for," Fletcher says, speaking for every L Word viewer.

Season 3 of The L Word: Generation Q premieres on Showtime on November 18.
