Tig Notaro Will Guest Star Role on Star Trek: Discovery

Comedian and actress Tig Notaro will reportedly guest-star on Star Trek: Discovery's second season, according to the Hollywood Reporter. She will take the role of chief engineer Denise Reno of the USS Hiawatha.

The Hiawatha has only been mentioned once so far in the Star Trek universe, in the video game Starfleet Command, so not much is known about it or who's on it.

Notaro has just finished with One Mississippi, an Amazon show she wrote and starred in based off of her own life. The show was canceled in January after its second season.
