The LGBTQ+ community has been inspiring and originating trends in beauty and grooming all around the world for generations. Out and Birchbox's mission is to empower everyone to discover beauty and grooming products that bring out the best in themselves and make them feel confident. "I've spent practically my whole life obsessed with testing, trying, and buying beauty products," explains Picardi of his decision to partner with Birchbox. "The idea that I could spread the love and have a curated box arrive right on someone's doorstep was almost too good to be true."

"My hope for the beauty industry," says Picardi, "Is that we continue to make strides towards better representation.
