Katy Perry Says Dr. Luke Never Raped Her in Unsealed Testimony

This summer, Katy Perry became embroiled in one of the biggest music industry court-cases of the decade, Kesha vs. Dr. Luke. It was suggested that Perry -- who gave a deposition in the legal battle -- may have been assaulted by the producer, whose lawyers claim that it was Kesha herself who started this rumor. Earlier this month reports circulated that Perry was attempting to have her testimony sealed as it could cause 'significant harm' to her 'career and reputation,' according to her attorney.

Now Perry's deposition has been released and in it she denied ever being assaulted by Dr. Luke. Variety reported an excerpt of Perry's testimony:

"Did Dr. Luke ever rape you?" an attorney asked.

"No," Perry replied.

"Did Dr. Luke ever sexually assault you?"

"Absolutely not."

"Did he ever give you a roofie?"

"No."

"Did you have a sexual relationship with Dr. Luke at all?"

"No."

"A romantic relationship?"

"No."
