Over the past week, queer punk duo PWR BTTM has been the subject of sexual assault allegations.
After a Facebook post in a private group accused Ben Hopkins of sexual assault, many fans took to social media to express their disappointment with Hopkins' alleged behavior.
Although not much context was given for the specific allegation, the duo quickly released a statement expressing their concern for the situation. Since then, their tour was cancelled, they were dropped from their label and their entire discography was removed from digital streaming services.
