Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps, also known as the Countess, was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning. That's a rough Christmas Eve. According to CNN, de Lesseps was arrested on "several charges including battery of an officer and disorderly intoxication, according to jail records from Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office."
Multiple news outlets have stated that the intoxicated reality star reportedly kicked a police officer and said, "I'm going to kill you all." It turns out money really can't buy you class.
The Real Housewives of New York is currently filming, so the Countess' arrest is almost certain to factor into the new season in some way. Despite her insistence on respectability and deference, the Countess has a proven track record of...well, being a drunk mess, so this doesn't exactly come as a surprise. But threatening to kill a police office? Girl.
Perhaps de Lesseps will do a whole special about her arrest, the way she did with her divorce? Only time will tell.
