There is no doubt 2015 has been Andy Mientus's busiest year. In addition to playing gay villain Pied Piper on the CW hit The Flash, the actor showed his versatility on stage in four very different productions: a Broadway revival of Les Miserables, a concert performance of Parade, the queer classic Bent, and now again on Broadway in Deaf West Theatre's Spring Awakening, in which he plays the gay character Hanschen. "I feel like all my pipe dreams are really worth something," Mientus says, "and that they aren't so crazy after all."
