Ever since the trailer dropped for Ryan Murphy's upcoming FX series Pose, which spotlights the ball culture of the 1980s (juxtaposed with the economic boom of the time), we've been anxiously wanting to see more.

Fortunately for us, ahead of the premiere (June 3), FX has been releasing short videos for us to get to know the characters. We were introduced to Damon last week, and today, in an exclusive first-look for Out readers, we're being intro'd to one of trans characters in the show, Blanca.
In these exclusive videos, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how this monumental character lives out her fantasy in the ball scene and how she's found love in the community.
In the video she says:
"Since I was five years old, I knew I wasn't a boy. People like me, trans, get ostracized, and pushed aside. When you're truly loved, there's no worries or cares. When I go to the ballroom scene, I get to be exactly who I am."
