Ball Culture Takes Center Stage in New 'Pose' Trailer

Ryan Murphy's upcoming FX series Pose spotlights the ball culture of the 1980s, juxtaposed with the economic boom that gave birth to the yuppies. In the newest trailer, the legendary houses take center stage, as one character describes a house as "a family you get to chose."

"Balls are a gathering of people who are not welcome to gather anywhere else," the same character explains. The trailer also gives us a look at Evan Peters' Wall Street character, who romances Kate Mara but really has eyes for a transgender call girl.
