Happy Friday, Out readers and Drag Race fans!
RuPaul's Drag Race is coming back for an 18th season this year, and Drag Race All Stars will be back for an 11th year.
If that's not enough Drag Race for you, RuPaul's Drag Race UK is coming back with season 7!
The cast of sickening British queens who will be vying for the crown has been announced, and we couldn't be more excited! The cast includes London-based queens like Bones, Chai T Grande, Nyongbella, Paige Three, and Pasty, Dublin-based Bonnie Ann Clyde, Catrin Feelings from Wales, Belfast's Elle Vosque, South Shields-based Sally TM, Leeds-based Sillexa Diction, Coventry's Viola, and Brighton's Tayris Mongardi.
For a behind-the-scenes look at the drag world, Out.com also has a great feature on fashion designer Diego Montoya. Montoya has designed outfits for queens like Sasha Velour, Blair St. Clair, Kandy Muse, Jimbo, and Miz Cracker, and is being celebrated with a new exhibit at the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields.
The exhibit, Resplendent Dreams: Reawakening the Rococo, opened on June 6 and continues through March 29, 2026. It celebrates the two-time Emmy-winning costume designer from HBO's We're Here and gives drag its rightful place in art museums.
