In 2018, Fredy Alanis made headlines for being admitted to the emergency room (ER) after sucking a 10-inch penis and having his airways ruptured. He originally shared this story on Snapchat with the caption, “Dick sent me to the ER.” Alanis subsequently posted that Snapchat screenshot in a tweet that read:
“Excuse the bad angle but remember when I sucked a Hulk-sized dick and ended up in the ER afterwards LMFAO never forget.”
Alanis was 19 years old and lived in Chicago at the time. He told Them that this well-endowed man was a former neighbor of his that he stumbled upon on Grindr. After the hookup, Alanis felt a “soreness in his chest” that turned into a sharper pain the next day. At the hospital, the doctors that spoke to Alanis allegedly explained that “getting the airway ruptured through oral intercourse is one in millions.”
On May 31, 2023, Alanis kicked off this year’s Pride Month with a tweet remembering this situation and marking its five-year anniversary. He wrote in a tweet:
“Happy 5 years and happy pride to the moment I’ll never be able to live down.”
