Derick Dillard condemned their show for “celebrating a lifestyle so degrading to children.”

Back down, Derick Dillard. The reality TV star, who is married to Jill Duggar Dillard (remember 19 Kids and Counting?) and appeared on TLC's Counting On, assailed Nate Berkus and his family (who star on the same network in Nate & Jeremiah By Design), HuffPo reported.

In a horrific Tweet, Dillard (who is known for opposing LGTBQ rights) accursed Nate and Jeremiah's show for "highlighting and celebrating a lifestyle so degrading to children." As HuffPo pointed out, Dillard seemed to be particularly offended by their daughter Poppy in featured promotion images.

Naturally, the Tweet went wild with thousands of responses, many of which condemned Dillard.

One person said: "You don't want your sons to be happy? So if they are gay, you would love them and they would love you, but they could never love another man, get married, and bring a loved child into the world? Or even adopt a child who needs love?"

Of course, some turned to the other, darker side. "I completely agree! Not only that but more commercials on tv are starting to use same sex couples," one said. Um...bye.

While Nate Berkus didn't directly respond to Dillard (he's better than that), he indirectly did with this sweet photo of his family.
