Ahmad Khan Rahami was arrested in Linden, New Jersey, Monday morning.
Police have arrested Ahmad Khan Rahami in connection with the weekend bombing in New York, according to The New York Times.
Rahami was taken into custody Monday morning after a shootout with police in Linden, New Jersey.
The Saturday bombing bomb injured 29 people in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. A second bomb was discovered four blocks away.
A similar explosion was detonated earlier Saturday in New Jersey's Seaside Park area.
Authorities believe Rahami was seen on camera walking to the site of the explosion in New Yok and the site where the second device was found a few blocks away.
His last known address was Elizabeth, New Jersey--the same area where a backpack of explosives was discovered Sunday evening.
