Though July 4th tomorrow feels more grim than previous years have, Los Angeles producer Vigiletti has created a shamelessly queer hour-long mix to help escape the alarming contradictions of Independence Day in Trump's America.
Aptly titled OUT & Proud, the Slather Factory member's raging 16-song soundtrack opens with Lady Gaga's "Dance in the Dark"--the Monster Ball version, of course--and closes with an edit of Fleetwood Mac's 1977 single, "Dreams."

Vigiletti has become a staple in LA's LGBTQ community, having recently released his debut xsc8pism EP, featuring underground slappers, "Am I Wild," and, "Black & Blonde."
Speaking to the five-track project's concept, he told OUT, "It's not the idea of escaping reality, it's the idea of making your fantasy a reality. For me, my fantasy is this idea of full circle love and full circle inclusion and expression. I want to make music to have other people feel good, so they can go create shit for themselves and put that out in the world."
